Frequently Asked Questions

Is AllGiggs safe for my kid?

Safety is the foundation of everything we build. Every adult on the platform is identity-verified with a government photo ID and selfie match. Every kid account requires parent verification before any gigs happen. Kids or parents make a phone call before every job to confirm the person and details. We enforce age-appropriate tiers (Junior 8–11, Standard 12–14, Advanced 15–18) that control which gigs kids can see, max pay, and distance. Gigs are limited to a 5-mile radius, and kids never see exact addresses until they're accepted for the gig. Parents can monitor all messages.

Are neighbors verified?

Yes — every neighbor on allgiggs must verify their identity with a government-issued photo ID and a selfie match before they can post a gig or hire a kid. We also verify phone numbers and cross-reference addresses. Your kid will never be sent to an unverified stranger's home.

How much does AllGiggs cost?

AllGiggs is free to download with no subscriptions, listing fees, or hidden costs. Neighbors pay exactly what they post — zero extra fees. We take a 10% platform fee from the gigger's earnings on each completed gig. If a job is posted at $25, the customer pays $25 and the kid takes home $22.50.

How do kids get paid?

Kids can be paid via Stripe (card, Apple Pay) or cash. For digital payments, a parent connects a bank account through Stripe's secure onboarding. Funds are held until the job is marked complete, then the gigger's share (after the 10% platform fee) is deposited. For cash gigs, the customer pays the kid directly and the 10% fee is charged to the parent's saved Stripe payment method.

What age range can use AllGiggs?

Kids aged 8 to 18 can sign up as giggers with parent approval. We use three tiers — Junior (8–11), Standard (12–14), and Advanced (15–18) — each with different gig visibility, pay caps, and distance limits appropriate for the age group. Under-13 accounts require additional parent approval per COPPA regulations.

What kinds of gigs are available?

Eight categories: Lawn Care, Pet Care, Car Wash, House Help, Tech Help, Errands, Tutoring, and Seasonal (snow shoveling, holiday decor). Gigs typically range from $10 to $50 depending on the task and your area.

What is the "call to confirm" feature?

Before heading to any job, the kid (or their parent) calls the customer to confirm pay, location, timing, and what tools are needed. It's a simple safety step that verifies the person is real and everyone agrees on the details. No one shows up to a surprise.

When is AllGiggs launching?

We're building right now and aiming for an iOS launch in the coming months. Join the waitlist at allgiggs.com and we'll email you the moment it's live on the App Store. Android is on the roadmap.
